My goal is to champion everyone. I will not be an alarmist. While a home inspection is routine for me, for some, this may be a very anxious experience, especially if there may be a long list of minor defects or issues. My job is to ensure that the report is clear and contextual so that you and/or your client understand these minor issues and they don’t become unnecessarily alarming.
